Due to the handmade nature of our products and international shipping, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind or minor variations in colour, texture, shape or finish. If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. After review, an appropriate replacement, partial refund or refund may be offered. Please do not return any product without our prior written approval. Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

We ship our products internationally from Chennai, India. Each item is carefully packed to help protect it during international transit, with special attention given to fragile terracotta and ceramic products. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the destination, order quantity, weight and shipping method. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Bulk and wholesale orders may require customized export packing and shipping arrangements.
